LaGrave women of all ages—thanks to the generous Loeks Fund, we have an exciting opportunity to spend a day in Chicago together!
We’ll depart from LaGrave at 8:00am and enjoy light refreshments partway through the trip. Once we arrive downtown, you’ll have free time to enjoy whatever you like: shopping, dining out, visiting the Art Institute, exploring Millennium Park—you choose!
One group option is to attend a 2:00pm performance of A Christmas Carol, an adaptation of Dickens’ classic at Goodman’s Albert Theatre—“a show that makes you believe kindness can win.” A block of tickets has been reserved. If you’d rather not attend the play, no problem! You’re free to spend the day however you’d like—just be sure to return to the bus by departure time.
